Just released to all streaming platforms my latest album Transcendent. This album builds menace and tension with ominous drones and dark textures, eerie bowed marimba, ethereal pads and driving percussion.
The album is a co-write with percussionist Paul Clarvis whose work as a leading session player can be heard all over the world on many major Hollywood film soundtracks.
For this album we created an array of weird and ominous textures. Using found and unusual percussion sounds as well as recording instruments with a bow such as marimba, cymbals and vibes which gave them a dark ominous texture.
